# Pricing: Kairoo

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Kairoo is in early access. There is one plan, and it is free.

## Early access

- Price: free (GBP 0)
- Card required: no
- Who can join: families on the waiting list, taken on a few at a time
- How to join: https://kairoo.family/#join
- What you get: the Kairoo apps for the parent's phone and the child's phone, the family agreement, the reminders, and the asks
- What Kairoo never does, on any plan: read messages, track location, show the parent a feed of what the child watched, run ads, or sell or share the family's data

## Launch pricing

A launch price has not been set. When it is, families on the list hear first, in plain numbers, before anything changes.

For comparison, Qustodio, a well-known app that watches a child, lists GBP 43.95 (Basic) to GBP 75.95 (Complete) a year on its UK site as of 11 September 2026. Kairoo's price will be published here and on https://kairoo.family/#price when it exists.

## Free tier

A free tier for families on free school meals is planned. Learning to manage your own screen use should not be a skill only some children get.
